You have 14 days from delivery to return an unopened bottle for a full refund. EU consumer law.
condition
For hygiene reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect — that's on us. Email us within 48h and we'll replace it.
how to return
Email hello@dihnutrition.shop with your order reference. We'll send instructions and a return address.
refund
Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–10 working days once the bottle arrives at our warehouse.
